i guess ill be printing a whole collection of all of these short comics in one book the end of the year or next.
also dig your simpsons vs lupin picture!
early this year i did a 5 minute animation about an astronaut WE WERE SPACE INVADERS [link] and when you look close enough you can see some the first copy of the french METAL HURLANT #1 and a Metal Hurlant car special which has the astronaut comic inside which the film intro was based on, plus the astronaut and the corvette is on the cover.
well yeah it was a big inspiration for my film and still in the astronaut mood i did this comic.
